
Territory Account Manager Nvent Eriflex

The Territory Account Manager Nvent Eriflex is directly responsible for the growth of product sales in the assigned territory, by creating product demand among end users including electrical panel builders, electrical installers, OEMs, and distribution partners in a three-level sales model, with a focus on vertical growth markets such as electric mobility, energy storage, data centers, and renewable energy. The role involves working from home and traveling weekly to cover the following regions: Pays de la Loire, Centre-Val-de-Loire, Nouvelle Aquitaine. Your Main Missions:
Achieve sales objectives by converting potential new direct and indirect customers. Create product demand by identifying and meeting with engineers, buyers, project managers, prescribers of panel builders, integrators, installers, and OEMs, in the electrical sector for the industrial and tertiary market. Promote (new) products effectively by demonstrating our value propositions and highlighting the benefits of products for each application and market segment. Guide the use and best practices of Nvent Eriflex products and coordinate responses to questions from end users, product prescribers, and other partners. Coordinate relationships between targeted end users, strategic accounts, distribution partners, and Nvent. Negotiate contracts and agreements with transactional accounts in collaboration with the channel sales team and in accordance with pricing and product management guidelines. Conduct regular technical presentations, training seminars, and provide on-site support. Collaborate with the distribution sales team to resolve penetration strategy based on customer segmentation. Analyze the opportunity funnel and report sales activities and successes on the CRM platform salesforce.com You Have:
A Masters degree, preferably an engineering degree, or more than 10 years of experience in the electrical industry. First experience in selling technical products, ideally in the electrical market Experience in the field of electrical panels and/or transformer applications / bar jacket applications Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably salesforce.com. Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in parallel, while working in a fast-paced environment autonomously. Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and produce consistent measurable results Skills to operate within a defined process and recommend improvements. Ability to use strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with people at all levels within and outside the organization. Show energy, motivation, and perseverance, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks! Have a dynamic, highly motivated personality and be an excellent team player capable of easily building relationships! Professional level English would be a plus Our Strengths:
