Job Summary
The
Pick / Pack Associate
is responsible for accurately picking, packing, replenishing, and stocking inventory to support daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems Pack orders accurately and securely for shipment Replenish inventory by restocking pick locations from reserve storage Stock incoming materials in designated warehouse locations Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures Meet productivity and accuracy standards Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
