About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for Digital Solutions, with a focus on AI-powered platform modernization. The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting and steering the acquisition of new business, particularly with a focus on CXO connects. This role requires a deep and wide knowledge of digital solutions services, as well as a strong personal brand. Collaboration with presales and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies, support marketing campaigns, and maintain a disciplined sales funnel is essential. The Head of Sales will also be tasked with leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, representing the company at industry events, and boosting brand presence and business development.
Candidates for this role should have 19-24 years of experience, with at least the last 7 years dedicated to selling digital solutions, including analytics, AI/ML, mobile, cloud, and cybersecurity. Experience in working with global delivery and offshore models is a must, as is a proven track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role demands the ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams. The assessment process for this position includes multiple interviews and discussions with key stakeholders, including the COO and CEO.
