About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead and elevate its marketing strategy during a critical growth phase. The successful candidate will be a skilled storyteller with a strategic mindset, capable of engaging, educating, and inspiring target customers and the public. This role involves translating complex, mission-critical technology into clear, compelling stories that drive awareness, trust, and revenue, particularly across government and enterprise buyers. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for strategic communications, PR, and managing the company's visibility across various audiences. They will also define and execute an integrated marketing strategy, align with sales and product teams, and own the full marketing funnel from brand to demand.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role, and a strong background in brand, product marketing, and demand generation. Experience in high-growth B2B technology, particularly with a focus on hardware and software, is strongly preferred. The role requires a hands-on approach to brand strategy, marketing operations, and modern MarTech stacks, as well as a proven ability to build and lead teams in scaling environments. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a proven people leader, and have a genuine passion for mission-driven climate and impact technology. Responsibilities also include fostering a culture in line with the company's values and building strategic co-marketing and partner programs.
