About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its go-to-market strategy and execution across North America, Mexico, Canada, and LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-channel sales ecosystem, including direct sales, distribution, and machinery OEM, with a focus on building scalable processes, penetrating new markets, and growing revenue. This high-impact role demands a proven sales leader with a background in industrial automation, power electronics, and motor control technologies. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading and coaching a high-performing sales organization, and establishing long-term relationships with industry partners. The VP of Sales will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit, define and track KPIs, and represent the company at various industry events.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience in the relevant sectors, with a strong technical background in motor control and industrial applications. The role requires a deep understanding of various sales models and a successful track record in managing complex channel relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. Experience in a mid-sized or rapidly scaling organization, as well as a proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and cross-border sales operations, is also highly valued. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel frequently across the Americas.
