About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their team. The ideal candidate is a strategic and vision-driven executive with a proven track record in building and scaling brands within complex, consumer-facing businesses. This role demands a leader who is data-led, financially disciplined, and adept at connecting long-term vision to practical, executable marketing strategies. The CMO will be responsible for developing and leading enterprise marketing strategies, owning performance metrics, and building a scalable growth model. They must be adept at balancing brand strategy with performance goals, and have a strong background in leading and developing marketing teams.

Key responsibilities for the CMO at the company include defining and scaling the brand across service lines, creating clear go-to-market strategies, and overseeing all marketing channels and performance. The successful candidate will be a resilient, ownership-oriented individual who is comfortable with challenging the status quo and making data-driven decisions. A background in regulated consumer services, such as healthcare or wellness, is preferred, and experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI-enabled tools is a plus. The role requires a leader who is not only confident and humble but also genuinely interested in the diverse service offerings and patient journeys. The CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company, driving sustainable growth, and establishing a powerful, recognizable presence across all markets.
