About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales for Pharmaceuticals to spearhead and expand commercial strategy across the Americas. This executive position is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing market presence, and establishing a high-performance sales organization within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences sectors. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing regional sales strategies, owning forecasting accuracy, and leading market expansion efforts. A key aspect of the role is complex deal leadership, including the negotiation of high-value, multi-stakeholder agreements, and ensuring alignment with the company's risk profile and commercial objectives. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for building and leading a sales team, as well as personally managing relationships with strategic accounts.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales role at the company should have a proven track record in a senior commercial leadership position within the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or closely related regulated industries.
