About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Revenue Cycle Sales and Collections to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market analysis to identify B2B growth opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding into new and existing markets. This role requires the generation and qualification of leads, as well as the management of the full sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure. The VP will also be tasked with building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, leading and coaching B2B sales teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior sales leadership experience, with a focus on strategic marketing, sales execution, and driving profitability. A strong background in RCM and Collections is essential. The role demands a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build profitable sales operations, and coach teams to effectively close deals. Experience in market analysis, setting sales pace, and scaling growth, particularly through mergers and acquisitions, is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry focus on healthcare providers and be open to expanding into additional verticals, with a strong emphasis on partnership and channel management, including hands-on Salesforce leadership.
