The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO/Founder. The successful candidate will be a strategic and tactical partner, responsible for optimizing the CEO's time, priorities, and confidential initiatives, as well as leading SLT operations management. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a proven track record in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and leadership enablement. The Chief of Staff will be the communication hub, providing decision support, and leading special projects such as new market entry and organizational scaling.
The ideal candidate will have 7-12+ years' experience supporting CEOs/Founders in fast-scaling, award-winning companies, with a deep business understanding of D2C, eCommerce, digital marketing, and related models. They should be passionate about sports, health, wellness, and fitness, at an advanced level, and be adept at managing executive meetings, and confidential projects, and handling all aspects of the CEO's calendar and travel. The role demands a proactive individual who can identify and resolve issues, drive projects to completion, and serve as an early warning system for risks in execution. The Chief of Staff will be a key player in the company's growth, with the potential to be part of a team that is on track to significant expansion in the coming years.
