About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities to lead the planning, operations, and optimization of its worldwide office portfolio. This senior management role is pivotal in ensuring that the physical spaces reflect the company's values of transparency, collaboration, and innovation, while also supporting productivity, well-being, and sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company's physical infrastructure, including overseeing a diverse range of global office locations. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, property portfolio management, lease management, market evaluation, construction and capital projects, financial management, service delivery, vendor management, compliance, and team leadership.

Applicants for the Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a corporate facilities and real estate senior management role, with a global footprint. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, excellent negotiation and contracting skills, and a proven track record in team development and leadership across multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. Strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and experience with workplace technology and sustainability report tools are essential. The ideal candidate will be a champion of sustainability, with a commitment to driving meaningful change through green building practices and carbon-conscious operations. A Bachelor's degree is required, with additional education or certifications in relevant fields being a plus.
