Your Responsibilities

  • Drive sales team performance through daily structured coaching, motivation, and accountability to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
  • Ensure all performance metrics (KPIs)—including quality, service level, schedule adherence, and sales effectiveness—are consistently met or exceeded. 
  • Maintain strong operational competence, understanding KPI drivers, business processes, and performance management standards. 
  • Lead with ethical, professional, and nurturing conduct, setting the tone for a high‑performance team culture. 
  • Develop and execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and other leadership interventions as needed. 
  • Administer coaching, recognition, and disciplinary action appropriately to support agent success and uphold compliance. 
  • Conduct both internal and client-led performance discussions confidently and professionally. 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative to address challenges and implement solutions quickly. 
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required by management. 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including HR, Security, and Operations, and promptly report any known infractions. 

Required Skills

 

  • Previous experience leading sales teams or coaching high‑performing sales agents strongly preferred. 
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams through daily sales-focused coaching and a structured leadership approach. 
  • Strong understanding of KPI management, performance metrics, and operational processes. 
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive accountability for team results. 
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, time management, and leadership skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to model ethical, professional, positive, and nurturing leadership behavior. 
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience navigating unexpected challenges with logical decision-making. 
  • High attention to detail and follow-through; ability to own tasks through completion. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills aligned with North American business standards. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment and work various shifts based on operational need. 
  • College degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. 
  • Must pass mandatory background checks, which may include screening, drug testing, and credit checks.
