About the Role
We are searching for a passionate and creative TikTok-savvy Content Creator & Live Host to be the vibrant face of Kitsch on TikTok. This exciting role involves hosting Live Shows, creating eye-catching content, and enhancing brand visibility. Working closely with our Social Media Team, you will develop a consistent TikTok presence, plan weekly live shows with promotions, and produce dynamic content that aligns with our brand objectives. If you love beauty and thrive on camera, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
Host engaging TikTok Live sessions multiple times a week, showcasing Kitsch products in an exciting way.
Plan and strategize weekly TikTok Live Shows, incorporating promotions and product launches.
Create consistent and high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram that supports both organic and paid marketing efforts.
Develop original content ideas that align with our brand voice and resonate with our audience.
Keep ahead of social trends, especially on TikTok, to ensure Kitsch remains part of the cultural conversation.
Collaborate with the Social Media Team to analyze content performance and iterate strategies as needed.
Be a self-starter, possessing the ability to produce and edit your own content independently.
Qualifications
Education:
College Degree (Preferred) Experience:
1+ year of experience in Social Media Content Creation Required Skills:
Passionate about beauty, especially green or clean beauty products. Comfortable and engaging on camera for live audience interactions. Skilled in filming, editing, and producing content independently. Strong grasp of successful content strategies for TikTok and Instagram. Familiarity with Live Shopping Formats.
Soft Skills:
Proactive in your approach to tasks. Creative thinker with innovative ideas. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
