Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a UX Designer 3 to join their team. As a UX Designer 3, you will be part of the internal tools development team supporting customer service, sales, account management, and marketing software. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for innovative design, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UX Designer 3

Location: Remote (preferred Seattle area)

Pay Range: $46/hr to $50/hr on W2

Responsibilities

• Engage with business development teams and customers early to understand their needs and goals.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess design feasibility within project constraints.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment to ensure specifications are met.
• Design, develop, and modify user interfaces using scientific analysis and mathematical models.
• Analyze information to recommend and plan computer specifications, layouts, and peripheral modifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in software design and development, with a focus on user interface creation.
• Proficiency in data-driven UI development and visual design.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
