Head of Sales
to lead and drive commercial growth across both online and offline channels. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery, shaping how the brand engages with customers across digital platforms, physical showrooms and trade partnerships. The Role
As Head of Sales, you will take ownership of revenue growth across all sales channels, developing and executing a clear, cohesive sales strategy aligned with brand values and customer experience. This role goes beyond pure sales leadership — you will play a key role in influencing brand presence, customer engagement and commercial performance, working closely with marketing, operations and senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive revenue growth across e-commerce, offline retail and trade sales channels Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy aligned to business objectives and brand vision Build, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, both online and in-store Identify, secure and develop new commercial opportunities, partnerships and wholesale accounts Use data, insight and performance metrics to monitor results, identify trends and optimise sales activity Work cross-functionally to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with marketing, product and operational delivery About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within interiors, furniture or a luxury lifestyle environment A strong track record of delivering growth across both digital and physical sales channels Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and retain high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach to decision making A passion for design, quality and customer experience, with strong attention to detail Why Apply?
