Senior Leadership Team , you will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, support demand planning, and align sales execution with company-wide objectives. You will also regularly engage with private equity partners, contributing insights that inform long-term growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing direct-to-consumer sales team Drive consistent execution of sales processes, training programs, and performance metrics Establish and manage KPIs, forecasting, and accountability frameworks Partner cross-functionally on pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and demand forecasting Provide market and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making Qualifications
10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, including direct-to-consumer environments Demonstrated success growing revenue and managing teams at scale Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills Experience with CRM and reporting platforms such as HubSpot; advanced Excel skills Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
