A position has been created in the Process Technology ISC Planning Center of Excellence team (COE) for an ambitious Supply Chain Professional. You will report to the PT Supply Chain VP and not only will you learn from the best, you will have the opportunity to carve out a space for yourself to show your leadership skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.

The successful candidate will support the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective and sustainable Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP, S&OP) process across Process Technology integrating demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, and life cycle management into a common plan. The role will focus on Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) with particular emphasis on consensus demand planning and long‑term demand planning. Supports the facilitation of the Process Technology Executive SIOP meetings and ensures that each business unit matures the SIOP process each year. The role will also be responsible to mature the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process focused on short‑term horizon as well.

Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world‑class team, utilizing and deploying lean techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives).

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with the planning team to implement world class consensus demand planning and SIOP/S&OP, as well as S&OE, management system and methodologies

Implement Advanced Planning System owning the Demand/Consensus Planning and SIOP, as well as S&OE, process orchestration

Serve as SIOP & Consensus Planning Subject Matter Expert, co‑developing Supply Chain Academy content and leading regular process audits, educational boot camps, and online module

Drive continuous improvement for the Executive SIOP process for CEO and Executive Leadership team across the Process Technology division

Continuously develop and improve SIOP & S&OE processes, increasing automated and integrated solutions tailored to specific lines of business

Drive standard org and process rigor and constructive tension and accountability, standardized as much as possible via R&R and Org alignment, customized where necessary

Improve product transition management with intelligent lifecycle data, process, and analytics including advanced leading indicators like sales funnel, spec analysis, and market intelligence

Develop culture of Speed of Trust and constructive tension to resolve business misalignments

Coach and mentor planners to increase their skills and capability in preparation for promotion within Honeywell

You Must Have:

Consensus Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) (10 years minimum)

Demonstrated deep knowledge of Portfolio Management, Demand Planning, product transitions, SIOP reconciliations, & executive alignment

We Value:

History of success standardizing & integrating SIOP across multi‑business environments

Bachelor’s Degree (i.e. Engineering, Product Marketing, Supply Chain)

Advanced Degree (MBA or MS)

Product Management experience in industrial or technology vertical (3‑5 years)

New Product Introduction management experience (3‑5 years)

Industry relevant project management certifications (i.e. LEAN, PMP, APICS, Six Sigma)

Strong matrix, global organization management demonstrating relationship management skills with excellent written & verbal communication and ability to influence cross‑functionally

Experience implementing an Advanced Planning System of record like Kinaxis, o9, IBP, Blue Yonder

The annual base salary range for this position is $209,000 – 261,000 for Rosemont, IL. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
