We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Growth Marketing Manager** to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple verticals and channels. + Microsoft Office, Teams, Sharepoint, Asana* Experience managing vendor relationships and internal/client communications.* Proven ability to analyze data, measure campaign performance, and optimize results.**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*** Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)* Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated* Conversion rates across the funnel* Campaign ROI and effectiveness* Website traffic and engagement metrics* Email open and click-through rates* Funnel speed and customer retention rates**Education & Experience Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.* 4+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.* Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).* Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.* Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment.The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $75,000 to $80,000 per year.Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
