Director of Employee Relations

As our
Director of Employee Relations , you will be the trusted bridge between leadership and employees, ensuring that our workplace remains a place where people feel supported, respected, and inspired. You'll lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, resolve conflicts with empathy and fairness, and ensure our policies not only comply with regulations but also reflect our values. Your work will directly influence employee satisfaction, retention, and the overall health of our culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and communicate employee relations policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws.
Lead investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances; recommend and implement fair, consistent resolutions.
Foster open communication and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Partner with leadership to address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Design and analyze employee surveys to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Identify and mitigate employee relations risks in collaboration with HR, Legal, and senior leadership.
Support training and coaching for leaders on employee relations and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology , or a related field highly desired
Minimum of
five (5) years
of progressive human resources experience with a strong focus on employee relations required.
In‑depth knowledge of
local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations .
Proven experience handling complex employee relations issues and investigations.
