Represent the organization as a community ambassador by attending events, building trust, and fostering connections with diverse audiences. Identify underserved populations and develop targeted initiatives to improve access and engagement with services. Act as the face of the organization in the community, promoting its mission, values, and services to stakeholders and the public. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address gaps in services and create programs that meet the needs of marginalized populations. Monitor and assess the impact of outreach efforts and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements

Occupational Exposure Risk Classification: The normal work routine involves minimal exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. The normal work routine has a minimal ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment. The position may require a minimal amount of physical exertion (bending, lifting, twisting) in the work area. Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree in business or related field preferred. Certificate or Professional License: No Certificate or Professional License required. Experience: Prefer one (1) year of Community Engagement experience. Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance. Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.
