Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations and building codes.
Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
Provide quality laundry service as part of the maintenance operations.
Qualifications
A passion for working with seniors and a flexible, energetic personality.
High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required.
Minimum of one year of prior maintenance supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Professional image in appearance and behavior; excellent written and oral communication skills.
