
The Role
We’re hiring a
Director
to help lead and grow a
US Insurance consulting practice , working with senior executives across insurance carriers, brokers, and financial services firms.
This is a
senior leadership role
combining
client delivery, account ownership, and business development . You’ll be responsible for shaping engagements, owning senior client relationships, leading teams, and driving growth across the insurance practice.
This role is for someone who wants
real P&L impact , not just delivery oversight.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Owning and leading
complex, high-value insurance consulting engagements
Acting as the senior day-to-day contact for executive-level clients
Designing and delivering
business, operating model, and technology-enabled transformation programs
Driving high-quality outcomes across
time, budget, and client satisfaction
Managing engagement risk, dependencies, and senior stakeholder alignment
Leading, mentoring, and developing
Managers and Consultants
Building and maintaining
long-term client relationships and accounts
Identifying and executing
business development opportunities
Supporting account growth, proposal development, and commercial negotiations
Contributing to the strategic growth of the
US Insurance practice
Staying close to key insurance industry trends and client priorities
What We’re Looking For
10+ years’ experience
delivering consulting or large-scale change initiatives
Strong background in
insurance consulting, insurance carriers, or brokerage environments
Proven experience leading engagements across:
Target Operating Models
Business and process transformation
Technology-enabled change
Data and operational initiatives
Deep understanding of one or more insurance domains:
Underwriting & PAS
Claims
Distribution & Sales
Operations & Shared Services
IT & Data transformation
Demonstrated success in
business development and account management
Confident executive-level communicator and presenter
Strong people leader with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
Commercial mindset with appetite to help scale a growing practice
