We’re Making Real Estate Investing Accessible to Anyone
At Arrived, our mission is to bring real estate investing online.
We’re building the world’s most trusted platform for investing in real estate—one that gives everyday people access to the world’s largest asset class.
What Will You Do as the Due Diligence Analyst? Arrived is scaling a national real estate and private credit platform, and our Due Diligence Analyst will help ensure every asset we acquire is clean, compliant, and ready to operate from day one.
In this role, you’ll review and clear title, HOA, and loan document packages across both equity real estate acquisitions and debt purchases. You’ll also be a key contributor in building sustainable processes, systems, and automation that make diligence faster, cleaner, and more scalable as our portfolio grows.
This is a great role for someone who loves detail and loves building better ways to work.

Drive curative work by requesting missing documents, resolving chain-of-title issues, and clearing exceptions
Make clear go/no-go recommendations based on Arrived diligence standards
Record and maintain diligence data in internal systems with strong attention to accuracy and auditability
Loan Document Due Diligence (Debt Acquisitions)

Qualifications
Strong written communication and comfort asking questions early (no assumptions)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines at once
Comfortable working inside tech-enabled workflows (trackers, systems, structured data)
Ownership mindset: you solve problems and strengthen the process, not just complete tasks
Mission-driven and team-oriented in a fast-moving environment
Authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Nice to Haves
Paralegal certification or real estate documentation background
