8065 Description: Our client manufactures and delivers technology solutions in the Land Mobile Radio industry and is a major provider in its niche within the State, Local and Federal Government sectors. They have been in business for over 50 years and are very stable and successful within their markets. They are growing and there is the potential for career advancement. They offer complete benefits including health, dental and vision and 401k plus matching plus a strong compensation incentive plan. We are seeking an RSM to manage the region. This includes direct sales as well as managing and supporting existing dealers and recruiting new ones in order to increase sales revenues in the region. There is potential for career advancement for the right individual. The successful candidate will have: Experience with sales to state, county and local government in the region, including Public Safety customers such as First Responders in Law Enforcement, Fire, Emergency Services, and will be experienced with two-way radio sales. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM. Experience managing the sales relationships with land mobile radio dealers in this region is a plus. Experience managing sales teams is a plus.
