We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented

Amazon Brands Manager

to lead the growth and performance of our portfolio of Amazon brands on Seller Central. This high-level role combines expert catalog management, listing optimization, and content creation with full-funnel Amazon advertising and off-Amazon traffic generation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Amazon expert with a proven track record of scaling brands in competitive categories by driving organic visibility, paid performance, profitability, and overall sales growth. You will own end-to-end brand strategy on Amazon, ensuring listings are fully optimized while maximizing ROI through sophisticated advertising and external marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the organization, creation, optimization, and maintenance of product catalogs and listings, including keyword research, SEO enhancements (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms), variation family management, and high-quality media assets (images, infographics, videos). Develop and manage Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content), Amazon Storefronts, and Posts to strengthen brand storytelling, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience. Lead full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, and emerging formats (e.g., Sponsored TV, audio ads), including campaign structuring, keyword targeting, bid optimization, audience building, ACoS/TACoS management, and performance reporting. Drive off-Amazon traffic to listings and brand stores through high-ROI external channels, such as affiliate/influencer programs, social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), Google Ads, email marketing, content partnerships, and PR. Perform bulk uploads/edits using Seller Central tools (flat files, Listing Loader, Inventory Loader) and monitor listing health, resolving issues like suppressions, hijackers, or policy violations. Conduct competitive analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven optimizations using Amazon dashboards and third-party tools to improve key metrics (organic rankings, conversion rates, ROAS, sales velocity, buy box ownership). Collaborate with creative, operations, and supply chain teams to develop ad assets, product content, and launch strategies. Build, lead, and manage a team of Amazon specialists (e.g., listing optimizers, PPC managers, content creators) as necessary to scale operations, accomplish department goals, and meet deadlines. Stay ahead of Amazon policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to maintain compliance and competitive edge. Required Qualifications and Experience

5–7+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon brands on Seller Central, with a balanced background in both catalog/listing optimization and advertising at scale. Proven expertise in Amazon SEO, listing creation/optimization, variation families, A+ Content, Storefront management, and bulk upload tools (flat files, Listing Loader). Deep proficiency in Amazon advertising formats, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP, with a track record of achieving profitable ACoS/TACoS and scaling sales. Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams in an e-commerce or Amazon-focused environment. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, MerchantWords, or Keepa for keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking. Excellent copywriting, strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills (Additional Relevant Experience)

Experience driving off-Amazon traffic through influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., Levanta, Amazon Influencer Program, Aspire, Grin, CreatorIQ) and external ad networks. Background in multi-brand portfolio management or agency-side Amazon services. Familiarity with Amazon Attribution, external analytics (Google Analytics, Triple Whale), advanced audience segmentation, or international marketplace expansion. Demonstrated success launching new products, recovering hijacked listings, or turning around underperforming brands. This is a full-time position based in Hollywood, FL. It is a senior, high-impact role for a passionate Amazon growth leader with a data-driven mindset, creative flair, and proven leadership experience. If you have a history of delivering measurable sales increases, brand elevation, and team success on Amazon, we’d love to hear from you! The position offers significant opportunity for advancement.
