We’re looking for a
Head of Marketing
to join our team. This role oversees all brand, affiliate, paid ad, and CRM marketing across all channels, primarily: DTC, TikTok, and Amazon. They will need to hire and manage a team of full time employees, freelancers, and agencies to support the business, as well as leverage internal resources already in place. This role reports directly to the GM of one of the brands.
The ideal candidate is an experienced direct-to-consumer marketer with a strong aptitude for brand storytelling. They will have managed 8-figure marketing budgets and should have direct experience managing growth marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) and CRM (email, text, loyalty). This person will have a laser focus on KPIs like CAC, AOV, and LTV, a scrappy, can-do attitude, high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—someone who can anticipate issues, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that support our continued growth.
Salary Range:
$185,000 - 225,000, plus bonus and benefits
This role is Monday-Thursday in-office with Fridays WFH.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 8-figure marketing budget and provide consistent reporting and insights into KPI drivers
Direct all growth marketing across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok with the support of Head of Growth, in-house Amazon team, and in-house TikTok team; you will be responsible for strategically deploying ad spend cross-channels to meet revenue goals and scale into acquisition efficiencies
Partner with in-house creative and brand marketing leads to execute brand campaigns, events, and produce creative assets for all channels
Own e-Commerce website and channel (development, merchandising, imagery, apps, etc.) with support of e-Commerce manager (direct report) and other supporting teams and freelancers
Own CRM with support of CRM Manager (direct report) and agencies to drive LTV
Drive brand marketing efforts with support of PR Agency, Brand Associate (social, influencer, events), and internal Brand Marketing team; you will be responsible for concepting all brand moments and providing budget and guidance for execution
Manage a team of 4 direct reports and relationships with cross-functional teams internally, as well as freelance and agency partners
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in marketing for consumer brands
Experience managing large marketing budgets, emphasis on growth marketing
Direct experience managing a Meta advertising account
CRM experience (specifically email + text marketing)
Brand-forward thinker with natural ability to weave storytelling into communications
Ability to prioritize and lead under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative attitude.
Bonus Points
Experience with Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces.
