Overview
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding market share within an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers and prospects, identifying new opportunities, and executing targeted sales strategies aligned with company objectives. The Territory Sales Manager will own and manage all sales activity within the territory, developing detailed account plans, mapping key decision-makers, and executing a consistent, consultative sales approach. Success in this role requires strong prospecting skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to grow both existing accounts and new revenue streams. Responsibilities
Own and manage all sales activity within an assigned territory Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships Build and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with company goals Create account strategies, including decision-maker mapping and opportunity planning Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience Track activity, opportunities, and performance using CRM tools Meet or exceed revenue, growth, and activity targets Benefits and Compensation
Base salary of $90,000–$105,000+, plus bonus and commission Community Highlights – Eastern Washington
