As our **Vice President of Sales & Business Development,** you’ll guide a large, high performing team across the U.S., expand our presence in key markets, and drive the growth that fuels our next chapter.If you’ve built success in **healthcare, hospitality, interiors, education, FF&E, or other complex B2B environments**, this is an opportunity to make a major impact at scale. Based in Cincinnati, OH, this role reports directly to the Vice President, North America Healthcare & Hospitality and leads field sales, national accounts, and regional sales leaders.**How You’ll Make an Impact****Drive Growth & Market Expansion*** Build and execute a multiyear sales strategy that accelerates revenue and expands market share.* Lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver profitable, sustainable growth.* Shape go-to-market plans, forecasting, and resource allocation.* Strengthen key partnerships, including GPOs and hospitality distributors.* Influence product development based on customer and market insights.**Champion Digital & B2B Commerce*** Partner with digital teams to elevate our B2B ecommerce experience.* Equip the sales team with modern tools that streamline work and enhance customer engagement.**Build Strong Customer Relationships*** Cultivate trusted, peer level relationships with customers and prospects.* Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and leverage CRM insights to drive conversion.* Represent the company at major industry events and with strategic partners.**Lead With Financial & Strategic Insight*** Understand how deals impact financial performance and risk.* Support accurate forecasting across short and long sales cycles.* Ensure decisions reflect strong business judgment and fiduciary responsibility.**Collaborate Across the Business*** Work closely with product, supply chain, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.* Support cross-functional initiatives that advance our broader business strategy.**Inspire & Develop High Performing Teams*** Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance.* Lead change with confidence and clarity.* Build team structures, incentives, and processes that enable success.**What You Bring*** A track record of delivering strong sales results and year-over-year growth.* 10+ years of B2B sales experience (hospitality, healthcare, education, interiors, or FF&E strongly preferred).* 3+ years leading a geographically dispersed sales team.* Experience with hospitality procurement, brand standards, and FF&E (preferred).* Strength in negotiating complex, high value contracts (GPO experience a plus).* Strategic planning and P&L experience.* Salesforce proficiency and comfort with digital tools.* Willingness to travel up to 50%.**Who You Are*** Ambitious, creative, and driven.* A forward-thinking leader who uses data and market insights to guide decisions.* A strong communicator and collaborator who elevates the team around you.* A strategic thinker with high integrity and strong business acumen.* Someone who embraces change, takes smart risks, and gets things done.* A leader who builds trust, respects partners, and models our values.Proudly, Standard Textile has earned a title of US Best Managed Company for the **fifth year** running, an honor awarded by Deloitte Private and The Wall Street Journal, celebrating the exceptional achievements of American private companies and their management teams.Standard Textile is an Equal Opportunity Employer,
