The Sr. Product Marketing Manager (PMM), Outpatient Wound Care will lead U.S. downstream marketing strategy and execution for PolyNovo’s outpatient-focused wound care portfolio. This role is responsible for driving adoption, utilization, and market expansion across key outpatient care settings including wound care centers, physician offices, ASCs, and office-based procedural environments. This individual will serve as the commercial voice of the customer, translating clinical value, reimbursement dynamics, and competitive insights into compelling positioning, messaging, campaigns, and sales enablement that directly impact revenue growth. The PMM will work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical, and Global Marketing partners to ensure strong execution across the full product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Own the downstream product marketing strategy for PolyNovo’s outpatient wound care portfolio. Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to outpatient care settings. Align product strategy with site-of-care economics, workflow realities, and reimbursement drivers. Support new product launches, line extensions, and indication expansion relevant to outpatient use. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, trial, and adoption. Partner with Sales to translate strategy into field-ready tools, including:

Sales decks & leave-behinds Case studies and clinical storytelling Objection handling and competitive positioning

Support national, regional, and local programs that accelerate outpatient growth. Deeply understand outpatient wound care dynamics, including:

Referral patterns Economic decision-makers Competitive landscape (synthetic vs. biologic solutions)

Conduct voice-of-customer research with physicians, nurses, administrators, and IDNs. Monitor competitive activity and proactively evolve messaging and strategy. Partner with Market Access to ensure clear reimbursement positioning. Translate complex reimbursement pathways into simple, actionable field tools. Support educational efforts related to coverage, coding, and payment in outpatient settings. Serve as the primary outpatient marketing liaison across:

Sales leadership & field teams Medical Affairs & Clinical Global Marketing & Product teams

Align U.S. execution with global brand strategy while tailoring for local market needs. Contribute to annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance measurement. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred). 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Product Management within Healthcare or Medical Devices, including success in building, motivating, and leading teams. 5+ years of experience in product marketing or downstream marketing. Experience in medical devices, wound care, regenerative medicine, or adjacent healthcare markets. Proven success supporting sales teams and commercial execution. Strong understanding of outpatient healthcare environments. Ability to translate clinical and economic value into compelling commercial messaging. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required, potentially up to 50%. Preferred: Direct experience in outpatient wound care, skin substitutes, biologics, or surgical products. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Exposure to reimbursement, coding, and coverage dynamics. Experience working in matrixed, global organizations. Comfort operating in high-growth, evolving markets. Benefits
