Overview
Our client is a privately owned trust company based in Guernsey. With future strategic growth plans to consider, they are looking to take on a senior leader to instigate and develop these plans.
Responsibilities
Instigate and develop strategic growth plans for the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the fiduciary or corporate services sector.
Strong understanding of risk management, corporate governance, and local regulatory requirements.
Held “A” signatory status or acted as a client director or in a relevant position within a regulated company.
Professional qualification with at least 10 years PQE (ACCA, ACA, STEP, ICSA, CGI, law degree, or equivalent).
Personal Attributes
Commitment to being a complete team player in a small, close-knit and sociable company.
Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients, external stakeholders, and in-house colleagues.
