What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to consistently exceed individual and dealership sales goals
Develop and execute smart, data-driven sales strategies that drive growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the curve
Establish, track, and improve KPIs to ensure strong performance and accountability
Conduct regular training and development focused on product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience
Ensure compliance with dealership sales processes and brand standards
Take ownership of results: i.e. doing whatever it takes to win, ethically and effectively
What You Bring
Proven experience in automotive sales with a strong background in sales leadership
Deep understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and modern sales strategies
Comfort using CRM tools and sales analytics to drive decisions
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
A leadership style that balances motivation, accountability, and teamwork
Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
