The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring our conservation mission and unforgettable guest experiences to life. This role blends creative storytelling with strong brand stewardship—designing everything from advertising and digital campaigns to exhibit graphics, signage, and donor materials.

- Design compelling visuals across print, digital, and environmental platforms
- Create campaigns, publications, signage, exhibit graphics, wayfinding, and event promotions (including WildLights)
- Translate conservation science into engaging, accessible visual storytelling
- Own and maintain our visual identity and brand standards
- Prepare print-ready files, manage vendors, and oversee production
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Guest Experience, and Learning teams
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high design quality and consistency
🧠What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with print production and digital asset management systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Collaborative mindset and passion for mission-driven work
- Experience with zoos, museums, nonprofits, or cultural institutions
- Exhibition or environmental graphic design experience
- Motion graphics, photography, web/UX, or 3D skills
