We’re expanding and are seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing Specialist (SEO/SEM) to join our team. This role is essential in driving impactful digital strategies to optimize our clients' online presence and maximize ROI through SEO and SEM efforts. In this position, you\'ll combine strategic thinking with technical SEO/SEM expertise to develop and execute search campaigns that align with client goals. You’ll be responsible for continuously optimizing campaigns, ensuring they generate measurable, high-quality results for our clients.

This role also focuses on maintaining strong client relationships and delivering an outstanding experience by ensuring consistent, outcome-based success in SEO/SEM performance.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and implement new SEM and SEO conversion optimization and process initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop or enhance SEM programs.
  • Adhere to agile methodology and continuous quality improvement processes in all SEO/SEM standard operating procedures and quality control processes to improve client program performance and agency processes.
  • Maintain related standard operating procedures and quality control processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in: SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, Analytics, SEM/PPC, and Social Channel Advertising.
  • Utilize agency tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, advertising platforms, etc.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) and Google Analytics; possess relevant SEO/SEM certifications.
  • General knowledge of HTML is preferred.
  • Apply a solid understanding of digital marketing strategy, data analysis, SEO, and SEM.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, prioritizing and budgeting appropriately.
  • Provide constructive and helpful feedback to team members to support skill growth.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Interact with clients and team members in a positive manner.
  • Maintain high organization and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a passion for learning and adapting to change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or applicable experience in Communications or Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience with digital marketing and SEO/SEM best practices.
