You will lead a high-performing team, drive significant transformation, and directly impact core operational strategies within a dynamic organization.* 15+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role with extensive experience in business, functional and people management.* Proven leadership experience in a technical or engineering director role within inventory orchestration, supply chain management, or large-scale enterprise technology.* Strong background in application development, enterprise architecture, and platform modernization.* Ability to influence and drive change across complex, cross-functional teams.* Expertise in inventory orchestration, automation, high-availability system design, and operational efficiency.* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address business and technical challenges.* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.* Mastery of dependency management, resource planning, and risk mitigation.* Experience leading teams through technology transformations and enterprise-wide migrations.* Experience with infrastructure automation, configuration management, and policy-driven orchestration.* Knowledge of authentication, identity management, and secure access frameworks.* Familiarity with high-availability architectures, failover automation, and self-healing system design.* Understanding of secrets management, credential handling, and compliance frameworks.* Strong grasp of containerized application execution and performance optimization.* Ability to manage relationships in a global, fast-paced environment while driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
