Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and generating new prospect leads while managing the client relationships and overseeing all client and counter-party communication
- Leading a specific practice or product area, as applicable, and developing thought leadership in target sectors
- Overseeing all key steps in the sale execution process and leading all negotiations and strategy development
Qualifications
- 10 plus years of experience in the M&A space along with 5 plus years in FinTech, WealthTech, Cap Markets Tech, Bank Tech, HCIT, or other highly regulated end market adjacent to FinTec
- Ability to engage with prospects and intermediaries, develop relationships, and work seamlessly as a bridge for introducing other senior bankers into these relationships
- FINRA Series 7, 63 or 79 license
