We are looking for an experienced
Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant
to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics team in Germany. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end retail and commerce solutions for enterprise clients. Your Responsibilities
Lead and support
functional design and implementation
of
Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail)
solutions Gather, analyze, and translate
business requirements
into functional specifications Configure D365 Commerce modules including
POS, HQ, Call Center, and E-Commerce Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, and stakeholders Support
UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation
activities Advise clients on
best practices, process optimization, and system capabilities Create functional documentation and solution designs Your Profile
3+ years of experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail Strong understanding of
retail business processes
(store operations, pricing, promotions, inventory, payments) Hands-on experience with
POS and Commerce HQ configuration Experience working in
end-to-end D365 implementations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in
English and German Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus What We Offer
