Client Engagement : Guide potential residents through every step of their leasing journey with personalized attention Property Tours : Lead engaging property tours that showcase our community\'s distinctive features and amenities Relationship Development : Build lasting connections with both current residents and prospective tenants Market Intelligence : Conduct competitive research to stay current on local market trends and positioning Community Programming : Design and execute resident events and community engagement initiatives Solution-Oriented Support : Proactively address resident needs and collaborate with team members to deliver effective solutions Your Daily Responsibilities
You\'ll oversee the complete leasing lifecycle using established company processes and technology platforms. This encompasses conducting both virtual and in-person property tours, managing move-in procedures including lease reviews and document execution, and ensuring apartment readiness. You\'ll maintain optimal tour presentation standards, serve as a liaison between residents and maintenance/management teams for service requests, and create compelling resident communication materials. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor\'s degree and industry certifications preferred) Valid driver\'s license with availability for weekend work Proven experience in leasing, sales, retail, or hospitality environments Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Preferred Qualifications
