Overview Mazda of Dayton is seeking a qualified, dependable Auto Parts Counterperson for our brand new parts department. Candidate will sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers, interact with our Service Department, and maintain the highest possible customer satisfaction index. Individual must be able to multi-task while being efficient. Position will report to the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities
Sell parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers
Interact with the Service Department
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Multi-task effectively and efficiently
Report to the Parts Manager
Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward
1 Year of customer service experience, automotive experience a plus
Computer literate to work in CDK daily with training
High school graduate/equivalent
Satisfactory employment references
Pass background check
Working knowledge of parts and service
Preference
CDK experience; electronic parts catalog
