MO SCI’s glass microspheres, fibers and frit have many uses including (internationally recognized) healthcare applications. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Sell products to new and existing clients, targeting outreach and marketing and providing quotes on demand. Listen to customers’ needs and advise them on the best products to buy. Provide technical support to clients. Relay technical specifications and customer expectations to engineering and manufacturing teams. Work with production team regarding issues and effective solutions. Act as project manager as necessary. Monitor progress of projects and serve as liaison between customer and manufacturing. Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products. Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Engineering Management, or similar science The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Required: Experience in sales Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license. A professional appearance. Skills/Knowledge
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical processes and processing procedures Strong customer service capabilities, including written business correspondence Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers. Ability to effectively communicate (orally and in writing) with all levels within the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of arithmetic and the ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to calculate product costing and pricing. Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
