
Overview
GoGo Property Management is a rapidly growing property management company serving residential and commercial clients across the Upstate. We pride ourselves on excellent client communication, streamlined processes, and delivering a top-tier rental experience for both owners and tenants.
Responsibilities
Prioritize client experience and respond promptly to all inquiries
Handle rent collection and payment processing
Screen new applicants and send notices on non-approved applications
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and periodic inspections
Maintain accurate resident and property files in compliance with company standards and fair housing laws
Assist with renewals, lease administration, and vendor maintenance coordination
Prepare and submit required reports to the Property Manager and corporate office
Track and report leads from Tenant Turner and other leasing platforms
Maintain organized records of management activity (daily, weekly, monthly)
Attend one external networking event per month
Serve on-call as needed for property-related matters
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Prior property management or related field experience preferred, but not required
Skills:
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to interact professionally with investors, tenants, and vendors
Organization, time management, and attention to detail
Understanding of leasing, sales, and marketing practices
Ability to close and secure leases
Other Requirements:
Professional image and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
Reliable car or transportation
