Monarch Investment is seeking a Full Time Property Manager II Professional to help manage our conventional 318 unit site in Decatur, Illinois.
The Quarry Apartments is a stunning community that boasts a sparkling pool, fitness center and lush tree lined grounds among its many coveted amenities.

We are paying up to $65,000 / year salary and excellent NOI/ Delinquency bonus potential up to $7,200 / year.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates the property within the financial guidelines (The Budget)
Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income
Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owner's guidelines
Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
Directs activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all
Process all invoices generated by the property and insure they are paid in a timely manner
Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income
Responsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations
Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Must have 3+ Years' experience in multi-family rental housing
Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
*Yardi, Bluemoon, Rentcafe and Outlook experience preferred but not required
Here is what we can do for you: $61,000 to $65,000 / year salary + NOI & Delinquency bonus potential based on performance up to $7,200 / year.
Annual reviews each year for an excellent raise

Paid Time Off, 1st Year: 80 Hours, 2-4 Years: 120 Hours, 5+ Years: 160 Hours
