We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Qualifications
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Show a track record of real estate success Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation
