Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
Process customer phone orders, check stock availability and shipping dates, and quote prices.
Fill orders to customer specifications and process sales data via computer.
Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.
Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience with pumps and pump parts.
Excellent communication skills.
Enthusiastic and able to work independently.
Experience performing a majority of the functions listed.
Prior inside sales/customer service experience.
Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus are required.
Regular in-person attendance required.
