Smile, you found us! Peak is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our beautiful 400+ unit property, Oxford Place & The Reserves located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Previous Property Manager experience for a small property is a plus!
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and interaction with the public.
Manage budgeting, reporting, finance, leasing, and daily operations for a 400+ unit property.
Maintain a solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
Support property management for Oxford Place & The Reserves in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Qualifications
Previous Property Manager experience for a small property is a plus.
Strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, and operations.
