Responsibilities As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll:
– Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission and operational landscape.
– Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for DoD customers.
– Grow your expertise and develop new skills in strategic all-source regional analysis to inform DoD customers and share methodologies with other analysts.
– Contribute to a team-focused environment with mentoring and opportunities to learn new skills and tools, delivering the right information at the right time to support warfighters and national leaders.
You Have
3+ years of experience with research and analysis
Experience with the EUCOM AOR
Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience within intelligence analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience within intelligence analysis
Nice If You Have
4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
Experience briefing senior-level defense customers
Experience with order-of-battle or military capability analysis
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing, and a willingness to learn
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
