Community Ecosystem Engagement Lead (CEEL)
is responsible for developing strong networks within Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Clinics, Community Health Centers, Health Departments, and Community-Based Organizations. The CEEL will engage with Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs) and decision makers within the organization who provide HIV-related services across the care continuum. This position covers the AL – KY – TN Territory.
Key Responsibilities
AHP Engagement & Market Impact
Identify, prioritize, and develop a strong network inclusive of HIV ecosystem stakeholders and AHPs who influence HIV treatment decisions and ensure PLWH remain engaged in care.
Execute engagement strategies that align with market needs, enhance appropriate product utilization, and support the company’s HIV portfolio.
Collaborate with AHPs to understand evolving HIV priorities and support with relevant resources to address treatment gaps and barriers.
Leverage approved resources to engage with AHPs and provide approved materials for AHPs to use with PLWH.
Gather insights from AHPs and identify high-impact engagement opportunities.
Major workload centers in this territory include explicitly identified engagement areas and accounts.
Account Management & Business Performance
Manage key accounts across Ryan White Clinics, Community Health Centers, Health Departments, and HIV-focused organizations.
Develop account-level strategies to optimize engagement and increase appropriate product adoption.
Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to track account performance and brand utilization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales to drive customer-centric engagement that supports business growth and greater ecosystem understanding.
Community & Stakeholder Collaboration
Assist in the identification of engagement opportunities at community events with AHPs and other key stakeholders within the account.
Maintain understanding of funding streams and reimbursement models impacting publicly and privately funded HIV programs.
Leverage insights to refine strategic account planning and enhance execution effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3-5 years of experience in HIV community engagement, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare account management, or public health.
Experience working with Ryan White-funded programs, Community Health Centers, Health Departments, and HIV service organizations is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong account management and customer relationship skills.
Understanding of HIV treatment and prevention strategies, health equity, and social determinants of health.
Proficiency in data analytics and business performance tracking to monitor account success and treatment trends.
Ability to develop and execute strategic engagement plans aligned with business objectives.
Excellent presentation and communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Travel
Up to 50% travel required for customer engagement, conferences, and regional meetings.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid model. The salary range for this role is $142,400.00 - $224,100.00. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
