What You'll Do
Manage complex residential and commercial escrow transactions from opening to closing
Prepare settlement statements, closing documents, and ensure all disbursements are accurate
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys to keep transactions moving
Review title commitments and resolve title issues before closing
Conduct closings with professionalism and attention to detail
Mentor junior escrow staff and contribute to team development
Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry professionals
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including TRID and ALTA standards
What You Bring
5+ years of escrow/closing experience in Texas (residential and/or commercial)
Texas Title License (required)
Deep knowledge of title insurance, settlement procedures, and real estate law
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex issues in plain English
Attention to detail that borders on obsessive (in a good way)
Ability to stay calm under pressure when deadlines are tight
Experience with title production software (RamQuest, SoftPro, or similar)
