Previous experience in guest relations or a front desk role, preferably within the luxury hotel sector. Outstanding communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred. Adept at problem-solving and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
