Digital Account Manager
| Burbank, CA | Annual Salary: $75,000–$88,000 USD

This full‑time position will assist in the pre- and post‑sale efforts for a rapidly growing portion of our company focused on local digital campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing, sales, advertising agencies, or digital media.
Responsibilities
Enter insertion orders into our order management system, Wide Orbit, and submit tickets for campaign fulfillment in our digital order management system
Develop digital campaign recaps with actionable insights
Develop accurate digital proposals
Monitor active digital campaigns to ensure delivery and troubleshoot issues such as underpacing or underperformance
Assist in copy‑writing and light graphic design for digital ads
Submit custom planning requests to the sales planning team
Conduct client prospect research
Collect campaign assets and information from AEs and clients
Support the Digital Sales Manager with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Experience in an agency and/or digital publisher setting (plus)
Knowledge of media math (CPM, ROAS, CPA, CPC) (plus)
Hyper‑detail‑oriented, analytical, and data‑driven
Excellent organization and capacity to manage many deadline‑oriented tasks
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, self‑starter, and problem‑solver who anticipates issues before they arise
Experience working with sales teams
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (plus)
Spanish fluency (plus)
