Yellowstone Life Insurance Agency
– I am Scott Rumbo, Founder and President of Yellowstone Life Insurance Agency, an Integrity Company. I also serve as a Managing Partner for Integrity, the nation’s largest distributor of Life Insurance and Medicare Supplements. Our primary focus is serving the financial protection needs of middle-income families across the U.S. Our agents work 100% virtually/remotely from home. There is no cold calling. Our business model is lead-driven, with leads coming to us through our marketing efforts. These needs often include an insurance policy that would pay the mortgage in the event of an unexpected passing of a loved one, or a policy to help cover mortgage payments due to loss of income from a major illness. We represent more than 25 top-rated insurance companies to provide families with the best coverage that fits their budget.
We are looking for two types of individuals.
First, individuals with little to no prior experience in the insurance industry who are currently employed full-time. We welcome those interested in a flexible schedule with us at 10-15 hours a week. Some may wish to remain part-time, with a plan to eventually become full-time.
Secondly, licensed agents seeking a new company that will provide training, support, mentorship, and a proven virtual platform to call home.
We provide top-notch training hosted by our top virtual agents and managers. Each new agent receives certification through our proprietary virtual training platform. In addition, we host a live daily virtual coaching session with some of our top agents to address challenges and questions. We seek motivated, driven, positive individuals with a CEO/entrepreneur mindset. At Yellowstone, we live by five core values: Integrity, Family, Service, Respect and Partnership. Utilising our uncapped 1099 commission-only income model, you’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your commitment to our proven business model and training program. Your success also depends on your work ethic and your willingness to follow coaching from mentors.
We are not here to manage you or the time you spend working. We train, guide, and support you as needed and help you develop a plan and schedule to achieve your desired level of success. We will never call to ask if you are working; our agents value the freedom this provides.

Pay Structure This is an independent contractor, 1099 opportunity. We do not provide paid training, nor do we provide a salary. Not all agents will achieve the same or similar results. We do not claim any particular results as a guarantee. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you commit to, your willingness and ability to follow and execute our training and sales system, engage with our lead system, and address the insurance needs of customers in the geographic areas where you work.
Since 2007, I have had success selling using the model we operate today and have mentored top agents in the industry. I have worked with individuals who have gone on to build their own agencies and offices around the country.
