
Customer Service Representative - Dropship

SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative – Dropship serves as the primary liaison between customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and oversees the transactional aspects of order fulfillment by ensuring timely purchasing, invoicing, and delivery of products sourced from external suppliers to meet customer needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and customer billing accurately and in a timely manner.
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to vendor‑supplied products.
Coordinate with vendors to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information as applicable.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and providing information on how those products and services may benefit them.
Provide timely feedback to company stakeholders regarding at‑risk items, service failures or customer concerns.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any confidentiality or privacy standards or company policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/Equivalent required
0–2 years of experience in Customer Service
Previous experience with a dropship e‑commerce model preferred
Prior computer data entry experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Application knowledge and skill for computer data entry
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work independently
